A new build completed in 2022, the vision was to create spaces that are relaxing, kick your shoes off, there may be sand in the house! Kids, family, friends all belong in this home and the place should reflect an organic and natural vibe that embraced the outdoors.
This calm and relaxing retreat in Berlin, MD was envisioned as a place where family, friends, and neighbors can gather to relax and enjoy the beauty overlooking Asseteague Island. The spaces were curated to reflect modern coastal bohemian vibe using a grounded color of palette of neutrals, accentuated by strong woodwork and layered textures. A mixture of new and found furnishings were used throughout.
